If you do want something sweetโฆgrab something simple like a lil dark chocolate or some berries with non fat Greek vanilla yogurt. It hits the spot without sending you into that sugar spiral. And honestly, give it a little time. Most people notice things chill out around that 2/3 month mark. Your bodyโs just readjusting, and the cravings are part of that reset. Bravo!
Add in real carbs like sweet potatoes, berries, oats, or a little honey in yogurt so your blood sugar doesnโt crash. Make sure youโre getting enough protein at EVERY meal because low protein makes cravings hit harder.
Alcohol drains sodium, potassium, and magnesium, so adding a pinch of high-quality salt to your water or having an electrolyte packet can help your system feel balanced again. When your minerals are stable, sugar cravings drop fast.

For vitamin D, you want vitamin D3 with K2 so it actually gets INTO your cells and doesnโt just float around in your bloodstream. The one I shared in the picture is good because it combines it with other cofactors that help energy and inflammation. And of course SLEEP, electrolytes and whole foods play a huge role in how your energy feels day to day.

For iron, I usually recommend a gentle iron bisglycinate because it absorbs well and doesnโt upset your stomach. (Pic I sent is a great pill that has helped me). Take it with vitamin C so your body absorbs it better. Avoid taking it with coffee, dairy or magnesium because they block the absorption. If youโre really low youโll feel a difference in about 3-4weeks.
