definitely a lot of show offs without real creativity.. to copy is easy in terms of artistry, it's called forgery.. to be creative, make something unique, and share it with the world is true art. 🎨
hyperrealism would impress me for sure and the value is in how impeessive it is but is it like a guy pulling his pants down and you see a 12 x 4 ? is the artist trying to wow you with his big willie. is he showing off?
sometimes I do bad art and just show it and let the viewer have that experience and its up to them to get something out of it. For instance some people think a straight man cant be jusy friends wih a woman. The implication is that we cant see her value if beauty is taken out of the equation. But we can if we choose to. you see your sister or mother or a grandmother and because secuality is inherently off the table we see their worth and beauty has nothing to do with it. i say art doesnt have to be pretty either
Good point. I dont read art as well as some do who are studied and have an eye for it I do appreciate someone willing to put their work out there.

Just introducing myself. i do handdrawn art. been at it for 2 years. im a great artist in the sense that im drawing to convey a feeling and I get an emotional response. when art is about the artist its intended to recieve praise its about passing the test but when its about the view er its about provocation. and I think I do

My sister, who lives in England, does paint and wine classes. Personally I've only drawn and painted pictures. I used to dig swimming pools and that was kinda like an art project, it almost looks like the pool when it is finished lol
As I am as creatively challenged as its possible to be the closest I've come to art is painting walls 🤣. Its also why I find those how can create art to be amazingly wonderful ❤️
